NAV Trainer
As a Dynamics NAV Trainer, you will be responsible for client and internal staff NAV and related technical training sessions. In this position, you will work with other SCS staff in coordinating and delivering training sessions in classroom, workshop and one-on-one settings. Ideally, candidates are Microsoft certified trainers.
Specifically, in the capacity of Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer, you will:
- Work with the implementation team to understand the customizations to the database and how to train end-users how to gain command over their system’s extended functionality
- Draft course outlines, create PowerPoint and other collateral training materials
- Lead client end-users through native NAV and extended system functionalities
- Coordinate with the client or otherwise create user manuals
- Obtain client sign off for training sessions
Qualifications:
- BS Business Administration, Computer Science, related degrees. Post graduate degree, CPA, PMP certifications a plus
- 3+ years corporate IT training experience with mid-size companies, or
- 3+ years experience ERP training, and
- 3+ years SharePoint training experience
- Proficient in using MS PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent (verbal & written) communication skills
