Navision Project Manager / Implementer

Navision Project Manager/Implementer

POSITION DUTIES:

The duties for this position include:

· Enforce Change Management, Business Transformation

· Business Process Reengineering; Business Process Improvement

· Scope Management  

· Risk Management

· Resolutions of all client facing issues

· Creates user case scenarios and testing

· Distributes tasks internally and externally

· Enforces procedures & methodologies

· Revision control and Change Order Management

· Budget estimation and enforcement

· Drive sign-off's and approval consensus

· Works closely with all levels of vendors, clients, managers, users and onsite teams.

· Attend high level client meetings and provide Status Reports

· Maximize Realized Rate and Project Profitability

- This position reports to the VP of Tech.

- All consultants teams reports to the PM, during project lifetime.

- PM is responsible of the project outcome, budget, timelines.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Position skills and requirements:

- Minimum of a dozen full cycle ERP installations experience

- Business management consulting background

- Experience: 5+ years

- Experience with:  Navision

- Project Management skills

- Use of Visio or Flowcharting tools, MS Project

 General Skills and Requirements:

- Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision and guidance.

- Work independently and with groups.

- Critical judgment necessary.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

- Solid writing and editing experience.

- Ability to present information clearly.

- Proactive

- Creative problem solving & conflict resolution

-Strong organizational skills.

-Prioritize in a multi-task environment.

-Learn new skills quickly and utilize them effectively.
